SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping service of our products is available to all Member-States of the European Union. Delivery costs for orders over 200€ are covered by our company. 

DELIVERING YOUR PARCEL
For receiving an order, the physical presence of the buyer is required, as well as the presentation of an ID card. For your own safety, PANAGOS does not perform deliveries to corporate addresses, hotels or mailboxes.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 
If you wish to return or exchange the products you have purchased, you must first contact our Company Sales Consultant within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. Our Sales Consultant will send you an email with the return form attached, which should be printed, completed, signed and included in the return package.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN 
The necessary conditions for the return or change of product are the following:

The products should be in their original packaging, in excellent condition, along with the security tag, when available.

The products must be accompanied by the original receipt, documents / certificates of authenticity, as well as the return form.

Products that have undergone special treatment, such as resizing and engraving services cannot be returned.

The costs of transporting the products, as well as the insurance upon return or exchange are borne exclusively by the customer. In case the above conditions are met and after the successful inspection of the jewelry, you will be refunded the price you have paid within 15 calendar days. You will be informed by relevant email about the progress of your request.

PANAGOS is not responsible in case of loss, damage or wear of the product during the return transport.
